A Daily Dispatch from the Front Lines of Leadership.

Do You Run Toward Opportunity?

You can only win the lottery if you play.

As it turns out, your life is full of lotteries. Minus the lotto balls. Life’s lotteries come in the shape of opportunities. Here’s the question: Do you run toward opportunity? Opportunities are the lotteries of success. When opportunity appears, take the chance.

Moreover, find a way to pursue opportunities. Seek them out. Opportunities come in many forms—new relationships, projects, experiences, introductions, challenges. Don’t miss them. Keep a sharp lookout. Opportunities just present themselves. They won’t flash a neon sign asking for your participation. You will have to recognize the moment for yourself.
