We have studied more than 12,000 of the world’s most Admired Leaders to uncover what makes them tick. Our work focuses primarily on what Admired Leaders do differently than others, with an eye toward the unknown but practical behaviors that are timeless and profound. In our study, we have also uncovered how Admired Leaders think about leadership. Several of the beliefs they employ to approach creating results and followership are represented in this short inventory.
