Connecting to Admired Leadership for Building Exceptional Culture

July 26, 2024

Twice a month, we take 30 minutes to connect leaders to Admired Leadership® content and our Admired Leadership® coaches.

These sessions are specifically tailored for leaders who are craving universal, simple and actionable leadership content. Participants will leave the session with an understanding of Admired Leadership’s behavioral approach as well as valuable insights to implement immediately.

No slides, no frameworks, no psychometrics. This is a chance to sit in on a conversation with an expert in leadership and learn something that most people don’t know.

Session Information

Friday, July 26, 11:30am – 12:00pm EST – Lisa Colella
With a focus on “How can I create a strong culture that thrives in the face of uncertainty and rapid change?”

Are you struggling to feel in control of your team or company’s culture? Do you find yourself wondering what “culture” really means and how to effectively resource “culture programs” for success? Is it more art or science? Do leadership, communications, or accountability matter more when it comes to sustaining the ideal culture?

In this webinar, we dive deep into these questions and more, providing you with the frameworks, proprietary insights, and guidance needed to manage a modern workplace culture in a time of unprecedented challenges and high levels of uncertainty. You’ll learn how to align your culture initiatives to your organizational values and key parts of your strategy, while hearing about smart operational “short cuts” that have worked for other organizations who have grappled with this challenge in the past.

This webinar is a must-attend for organizational leaders, including CEOs, Founders, CHROs, Heads of Talent & Culture, and Corporate Communication leaders who are ready to solidify a sustainable approach to culture and create a thriving workplace environment that is good for both talent and the business.
